These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by ApplianZone.

1. Services

ApplianZone provides appliance repair services in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Service Call Fee

  • A service call/diagnostic fee applies to all visits
  • This fee may be waived if the repair is approved and completed

All pricing will be communicated before repair work begins.

3. Estimates & Repairs

  • Estimates are based on initial diagnosis
  • Additional issues may result in revised pricing
  • Customer approval is required before proceeding with repairs

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Other agreed payment methods

5. Warranty on Repairs

  • We may provide a limited warranty on parts and labor (if applicable)
  • Warranty terms will be explained at the time of service
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unrelated failures

6. Appointment & Cancellation

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details
  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
  • Missed appointments may be subject to a fee

7. Limitation of Liability

ApplianZone is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing appliance conditions
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Loss of food, time, or business
  • Indirect or incidental damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide safe access to appliances
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity, gas) are available
  • Remove personal belongings near the appliance

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Appliance is beyond repair
  • Customer behavior is inappropriate

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
